CoalZhengzhou Fangkuai Boiler partnered with a textile company situated in Puyang City, Henan Province, primarily involved in textile processing and sales. In the first half of 2022, the company’s project leader reached out to us with plans to install a steam boiler for their expanded production line. After assessing the actual production capacity of the company’s assembly line, we tailored a solution featuring a 6-ton coal-fired steam boiler (WNS6-1.25-Y.Q) and designed a comprehensive boiler system for the company, encompassing the boiler room and auxiliary equipment. Our design prioritized cost control and efficiently reduced infrastructure costs associated with the boiler room.
Fangkuai Boiler offers a variety of steam boilers categorized into integrated, split, vertical, and horizontal types, catering to diverse design structures. Leading textile processing enterprises can make selections based on project location considerations. These boilers incorporate low-nitrogen combustion technologies like premixing and FGR, contributing to the textile industry’s environmental protection efforts. Boiler equipment can also be customized to meet specific customer requirements regarding pressure, temperature, and capacity. The boilers utilize low-nitrogen burners and high-quality condensers imported from abroad to absorb and recycle flue gas heat, resulting in emissions as low as 30mg. Following numerous tests and calculations, the boiler’s scientific airflow design ensures a uniform temperature field within the furnace, complete fuel combustion, and thermal efficiency exceeding 98%.
Our decision to collaborate with Zhengzhou Fangkuai was indeed prudent. Since the boiler was put into operation, not only has thermal efficiency improved significantly, but fuel costs have also been substantially reduced. The boiler has proven to be an economically beneficial choice. Moreover, the boiler's structural layout is well-conceived, contributing to its longevity.
